I sit with you for an afternoon and set up an AI assistant on your own laptop. By the time you leave, it’s putting photos into your reports, writing up your notes and sorting your files, and you’re telling it what to do out loud. I run my law practice and my company on the same setup.
Why ChatGPT hasn’t saved you much time yet
Most people use AI in a browser tab. You ask, it answers, and then you copy, paste, format and save it yourself. The work is still yours.
What I set up works directly on the files on your laptop. You say “put these photos into the Ampang site report”, and it opens the Word file, puts them in, numbers them and saves a new copy. You look it over. Getting that set up properly, and safely, is the fiddly part. That’s what the afternoon is for.

Price
The founding rate comes with a small ask. Once it’s working for you, a short honest review, and your OK for me to describe your setup without naming you or your business.
- RM 1,000 holds your date and comes off the total. The rest is paid on the day.
- If we can’t get your report working on the day, you pay the balance once it is.
- Your ChatGPT Plus subscription (about USD 20 a month) stays on your own card, not through me.
For companies, I do this across a whole team, from RM 24,000 a day (AI for IT). This is the same setup, for one person.
Questions people ask
You can, and the checklist is yours either way. Installing it is the easy bit. Getting it to do your actual reports, reliably, without wrecking a file, is where most people give up and go back to the browser tab.
Add up what a month of report-writing costs you, in staff time or your own evenings. Most people land somewhere near that. This keeps going every month after.
Your files stay on your laptop. It only sends what it’s working on to the AI provider, under your own account, with training switched off. For the session, bring an old or sample report rather than a live confidential one.

No. But most people come back to hand over the next job once they’ve seen the first one work.
Once the first one works
A week or so after the session, people usually message me with the next thing they want off their plate. This is how that works.
- Another automationRM 500 for a single repeat job, up to RM 1,500 for one that runs on its own or connects to your accounts. Quoted in writing before I start.
- A second laptopYour partner, spouse or most trusted staff member, set up with the same skills. RM 1,500 if booked with your session.
- Your whole teamThe same thing across a firm, with shared skills and training. Quoted per firm.
How to book
- Pay the RM 1,000 deposit. I’ll WhatsApp you within a working day to fix the date.
- Go through the 15-minute setup checklist at home. If anything errors, screenshot it and we’ll sort it on the day.
- Bring your laptop, your charger and one report you or your staff do every week, with the photos or notes that go into it.
Payment is through Stripe, to Axon Avenue PLT, by FPX, card or GrabPay. The checkout page is titled “Workshop Deposit”; it’s the same RM 1,000 deposit. Stripe emails your receipt.
