Who controls the data

What we collect
The implementation enquiry form may collect your name, work email, organisation, role, team size, preferred maintenance model, stated workflow, context field, consent time, and enquiry reference. Do not submit privileged, confidential, client, customer, employee, production, identity-document, health, or financial information.
Why we use it
- Respond to and qualify an Applied AI enquiry.
- Assess implementation fit, confirm availability, and prepare a scope or quotation.
- Protect the forms against abuse and diagnose failed submissions.
- Measure aggregate website and conversion behavior without placing form content in analytics events.
Storage and processors
Form records are stored in a private Vercel Blob store in Singapore and require authenticated access. Vercel hosts the website and storage. Resend may deliver an encoded notification copy to the implementation owner when notifications are enabled. Vercel Analytics receives route and interaction events, not the contents of form fields.
Retention
Ordinary enquiries are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. A daily authenticated retention job removes expired capture records. Historical pending-booking records created before the current offer are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Confirmed transaction, tax, accounting, contract, delivery, support, or dispute records may be retained separately for the period reasonably required by law or the relevant business purpose.
Access and choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by email. A request may require reasonable identity verification. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may prevent Axon Avenue from administering an active enquiry or service.
Security and incidents
Access is limited to authorised project operators and service providers needed for the stated purposes. Transport encryption, private object access, minimal notifications, retention controls, and release logging reduce risk. No internet service is risk-free. If a material incident affects submitted data, Axon Avenue will assess containment and notification obligations.
