FOR LAW FIRM OWNERS AND SOLE PRACTITIONERS

Build an AI-operating law practice in one working day.

A practical, risk-aware workshop for using AI across intake, chronology building, correspondence, research preparation, internal knowledge, administration and client communication. Verification, confidentiality and professional judgment remain controlling.

The Adaptive Capability Core: one shared AI methodology reconfigures across legal, business, technology and individual work.
01 / INTERACTIVE PROOF

Turn a confused narrative into a reviewable matter map.

A rule-based demonstration of how structure and verification gates improve legal work preparation without pretending to decide the law.

Synthetic demonstration only. Human legal review remains mandatory. This tool does not provide legal advice or verify authorities.

OPERATING PIPELINEAwaiting synthetic input

Run the example to expose decisions, missing information and the human verification point.

02 / ONE-DAY COURSE

Eight moves from first principles to adoption.

A complete working day for busy participants. The shared method remains consistent; the examples, lab, outputs and risk controls adapt to law firms.

Model limits in legal work

Legal AI use-case register
Risk control
No delegation of professional judgment
03 / WORKING ASSETS

You do not leave with notes.
You leave with working assets.

01

Legal AI operating protocol

A written rule-set for appropriate use, verification and escalation.

02

Intake and chronology templates

Reusable structures for turning messy narratives into reviewable work.

03

Verification checklist

A gate for facts, citations, assumptions and professional judgment.

04

Confidentiality decision tree

A practical route for deciding what may enter which tool.

05

30-day practice roadmap

Prioritised workflows, owners, controls and stopping rules.

04 / HOST REQUIREMENTS

Everything required to host the course

No specialist installation or dedicated AI infrastructure is required for the standard one-day course.

Venue

  • Quiet training room
  • Laptop-friendly table seating
  • Reasonable lighting and ventilation
  • Clear sightline to the display

8 to 20 participants for practical in-house delivery. Larger groups require an altered facilitation and commercial model.

Display + audio

  • Projector or large display
  • HDMI or compatible presentation connection
  • 1080p recommended
  • Room speakers only when an agreed demonstration needs audio

A microphone is recommended above approximately 20 participants.

Internet

  • Stable internet access
  • Guest Wi-Fi details available before the course
  • Access to organisation-approved AI services
  • 20 Mbps shared is a practical recommendation for a normal cohort, not a guarantee

Higher bandwidth may be needed for larger groups; organisational controls and concurrent use affect performance.

Power

  • Accessible charging points
  • Extension leads or power strips where table outlets are unavailable

Participant equipment

  • Windows, macOS or supported Chromebook laptop
  • Charger and current browser
  • Email access for account verification
  • Any approved AI account identified during preparation

Phones and tablets can supplement a laptop, but are not equivalent for every lab.

Software

  • No local installation for the standard course unless agreed beforehand
  • Free accounts are sufficient for specified introductory exercises
  • Paid features are used only when the host provides or approves them
  • Technical labs may require separately scoped development tools or sandbox access

No specialist installation or dedicated AI infrastructure is required for the standard one-day course. Private or regulated deployments require separate scoping.

Data and security

No confidential client, customer, employee or production data should be entered into public AI tools. Exercises use synthetic, anonymised or host-approved data; host policy prevails. The trainer requests relevant AI, privacy and security policies during preparation. Private or regulated deployments require separate scoping.

FIVE-STEP CHECK

Can you host the standard course?

Missing one or more items does not end the conversation. It changes the delivery plan.

  1. 1

    Do participants have laptops?

  2. 2

    Is stable internet available?

  3. 3

Is there a projector or large display?

  4. 4

Can approved AI services be accessed?

  5. 5

Can the host provide participant roles and desired workflows in advance?

05 / USER-CONTROLLED MODEL

Model capacity, not imaginary billings.

The model supports a measured pilot under these assumptions.

At half the expected time reduction, the model produces 5 h of annual capacity after review.

Uses 46 working weeks and deducts explicit human-review time. Values are user-controlled estimates.
