Provider and contract
AIForIt implementation services are supplied by Axon Avenue PLT, LLP0035183-LGN. A website enquiry does not create a contract or reserve a date. Work begins only after Axon Avenue and the client accept the scope, deliverables, dependencies, date, payment terms and responsibility boundaries in writing. An accepted proposal or signed agreement prevails over these general terms where they conflict.
One-time implementation
The standard public price is MYR 24,000 for one concentrated owner-led implementation day within an agreed boundary. The intended output is a configured, tested and documented AI operating system with agreed handover assets. The quotation defines the workflow, systems, access, acceptance tests and exclusions. Unavailable access, incomplete inputs, expanded scope or third-party failure may require a revised delivery plan or separate quotation.
Ownership and handover
The client retains its data, accounts, credentials and client-supplied material. On full payment, the client receives the rights stated in the accepted proposal to use the configured deliverables internally and run the handed-over system without compulsory maintenance. Axon Avenue retains its pre-existing methods, templates, reusable components, mother-system architecture, know-how and other background intellectual property. Client credentials must not be shared outside the agreed access process.
Subscriptions and third parties
The client opens, owns, maintains and pays for its AI, software, API, cloud and other third-party subscriptions unless the accepted proposal expressly says otherwise. Third-party pricing, availability, limits, terms and functionality may change. Axon Avenue does not resell a consumer AI subscription or guarantee continued availability of a third-party service.
Optional maintenance
Self-management carries no monthly AIForIt maintenance fee. Bot maintenance is MYR 150 per month and covers scheduled automated checks, drift or failure flags, and a maintenance report within the agreed system boundary; it does not authorise material, confidential, high-risk or irreversible changes without human approval. Axon-managed maintenance is MYR 550 per month and covers owner-led review, maintenance decisions and minor adjustments within that boundary. Exact frequency, response channel, fair-use boundary and cancellation arrangements are confirmed in the proposal.
After-sales products and scope changes
New workflows, integrations, data migrations, major prompt or agent redesign, policy changes, expanded users, incident response, retraining and material rebuilds are not included in routine maintenance. They may be supplied as separately priced after-sales products generated and governed through mother AIFORIT.
Human responsibility and outcomes
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate. The client remains responsible for access decisions, source checking, professional judgment, approvals and lawful use. AIForIt does not replace legal, financial, security, medical, regulatory or other professional advice. Examples, demonstrations and value models do not guarantee time savings, revenue, productivity, technical performance or any particular outcome.
Price, tax and payment
Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit. Any SST or other tax legally chargeable will be identified in the quotation or invoice. Payment timing, cancellation, rescheduling, acceptance, correction and refund rights are governed by the accepted proposal and applicable law.
